Sametsi Ditshupo

Sametsi Ditshupo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from the University of Botswana and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in United States of America (USA). She has over twenty-five years’ experience working for Botswana government and government related institutions dealing with Investment Promotion, Private Sector Development Initiatives and Project Funding.

She also worked for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Botswana as the National Economist. Sametsi has been a Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of several companies in Botswana .  She is currently the Head of the Department of Business in the Faculty of Business and Accounting at Botho University.
