Larona has worked with Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) as a subject expert to assess both credit bearing and non-credit bearing courses submitted by education providers for accreditation.
She has also worked as part of an auditing team, auditing legislative compliance for a mine.Larona has also volunteered for various organizations such as for the international Labor Organization (ILO) as a LEGOSH country contributor for Botswana, where she was responsible for uploading occupational health and safety legislation on the platform. Larona currently volunteers as a tutor for Workplace Health without Boarders (WHWB), which attracts learners from various countries in the world. She is a member of ICOH, workplace health without borders and OSH Africa.
