Ms. Bame Thokwane is a lecturer in the Faculty of Business and Accounting in Botho University – Gaborone Campus where she has been since July 2020. Ms. Thokwane offers modules across all years (from 1st year to 4th year) for BCom in Accounting, BCom in Finance and BCom in Risk Management.
Ms. Thokwane completed her BSc in Finance and Accounting and her MSc in Law and Accounting both at the world prestigious university of The London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research interests lie in audit, specifically relations between external audit, gender and commercialisation within the audit sector across the globe. Currently Ms. Thokwane is working on the steps necessary to start pursuing her research through a PhD program.
