He has been with Botho University since 2013 in the Faculty of Business.She lectures Business Modules and M. Ed. Modules (Organisational Behaviour).Dr Chikari has worked in different capacities as a Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, and Module Leader. He has been responsible for coordinating all Business Management programmes examinations from 2013 to date. In addition, since then, he has been intensively involved in the development of the programmes in the Faculty of Business and Accounting and in other faculties (e.g., Education).
Dr Chikari was also involved in the development of business programmes for other campuses. Recently, in June 2022, he was in Ghana for an Education Collaborative at Ashesi University presenting Botho Graduate Profile (BGP) Entrepreneurial Pedagogy. He has been a rapporteur / and chairperson for some of the proceedings.Dr Chikari has been involved in community engagements including representing the Faculty of Business and Accounting (FBA) such as the Kubung project and Ashesi Education Collaborative in Ghana (Entrepreneurial Mind Set).
